The Fishers Island School Class of 2030 is partnering with Jeanifer’s Legacy Foundation on a special outreach project to provide flip-flops to children in impoverished communities in the Philippines who often go barefoot.

We’ll be at the Fishers Island Fair and invite everyone to stop by our table to be part of this meaningful effort. We have 100 pairs of flip-flops ready to be donated, and our goal is to send every pair through the generosity of our Fishers Island community.

Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference. Whether people choose to give $1, $5, or any amount,  it will be greatly appreciated.

Each pair of flip-flops represents more than just footwear—it is a gift of kindness and hope. Visitors to our table will have the opportunity to write their name and a personal message of encouragement to the child who will receive their flip-flops. These heartfelt messages will travel alongside each donation, reminding the children that people they have never met are thinking of them and care about their well-being.

After the flip-flops are distributed in the Philippines by Jeanifer’s Legacy Foundation, we will share photos of the children receiving their gifts so our community can see the difference their generosity has made.

We hope everybody will visit us at the Fair, write a message of love and encouragement, and help us ensure that every one of our 100 pairs of flip-flops finds a child in need.

Thank you for supporting the Class of 2030 and for helping us share compassion—one pair of flip-flops at a time.

With gratitude,
