The Coast Guard house sale is complete, with the Ferry now the new owner.
The purchase price was $2.1mm. Plans for the property will take time to develop and even more time to execute. Some ideas include improving people and vehicle traffic flow on and off the ferry, renting the house, moving the house and boat slips, remove/reconfiguring the fencing.
For now, we are raising a flag.

The Cove, as the GSA (General Services Administration) went on the US Government Auction schedule in May 2024.
The Cove is a .8 acre parcel with .5 acres of land located adjacent to the Fishers Island Ferry Dock on Greenwood Road, Fishers Island, Town of Southold, New York.
