It contains information about nuclear power plants and specific emergency planning information for Millstone Power Station, owned by Dominion Nuclear, Inc., in Waterford. This guide is produced in coordination with DESPP/DEMHS’s Radiological Emergency Preparedness Unit and Dominion.
