We built Fishers Island Oyster Farm for a personal purpose. We envisioned having our lives and livelihood be about working with nature, preserving family values, and giving back to others.
Fishers Island Oyster Farm is a family-owned and managed suspension-culture oyster farm based on Fishers Island. We have grown and sold Fishers Island Oysters directly to chefs and consumers for over 30 years. Absolute freshness, premium quality, and personalized service are hallmarks of our brand. During our harvest season, individuals can buy Fishers Island Oysters for home delivery or find them at restaurants and seafood markets.

Local Pickup is Back
We’ve moved Local Pickup back to our driveway for the quiet season on Fishers Island. Place your order by Tuesday at noon and pick them up between 4:00 and 6:00 on Wednesdays.
