Dear Fishers Island Artists,
We are preparing for our 8th Annual Art Show at the Fishers Island Community Center, exhibiting July 28th – August 8th and would be delighted to include you in this year’s exhibition and look forward to showcasing your creativity and talent.
How to Enter
To participate in the show, please complete the online entry form. Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces for consideration.
Delivering Your Artwork
All accepted artwork must be delivered to the Fishers Island Community Center no later than July 20.
If you are shipping your artwork, please notify us in advance so we can monitor its arrival and confirm receipt.
Artwork Requirements
To ensure safe and professional installation:
- All artwork must be wired and ready to hang.
- Each piece must be labeled on the back with:
- Artist name
- Piece title
Please note: Artwork that is not properly prepared for installation may not be accepted.
Sales Information
Artwork may be offered for sale during the exhibition.
- Sales proceeds are split 80% to the artist/20% to the Fishers Island Community Center.
- If you do not wish to sell your work, please indicate “Not for Sale” in the retail price section of your entry form.
- Artwork will not be marked as sold until payment has been received in full.
Artwork Pickup
- Artwork sold during the exhibition may be collected by buyers after the show closes on August 8
- Unsold artwork must be collected by August 14
- We are unable to send art back to artists.
