Visiting Physician: Dr. Tamur Mueenuddin

by Jane Ahrens

March 8-17, IHP welcomes our visiting doctor, Dr. Tamur Mueenuddin, MD (pronounced ‘Tamur Mween-(like Queen)-a-Dean’), who will be covering while Dr. Chris Ingram is in away.

Dr. Tamur Mueenuddin is a family medicine doctor in Hillsboro, Wisconsin and is affiliated with Gundersen St. Joseph’s Hospital and Clinics. He received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Family medicine doctors are primary-care physicians trained to meet the diverse health needs of children and families.

And how did Tamur come to cover for Chris Ingram? They were classmates and friends in medical school and are also brothers-in-law. Tamur is very familiar with Fishers Island and is looking forward to his time here in March.
