Exquisite Habanero Sauce
Tickle Your Palate, Exquisite Habanero Sauce, with a delectable hint of orange, was born on my family farm in southwestern Pennsylvania which dates back to 1797. We then brought it back with us to Fishers Island. Now you can find it all across the country!
While our sauce does indeed bring the heat, we think you will find the addition of a touch of orange flavor compliments the habanero pepper, producing an enjoyable balance to your palate. So well balanced you can drizzle over a piece of grilled salmon and still taste the salmon!
