NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, BOARD OF ASSESSORS
(Pursuant to Sec 506 & Title 1A (525) of RPTL)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT effective May 1, 2025 the Southold Town Board of Assessors, County of Suffolk, will have completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Village of Greenport and the Town of Southold for the current year, 2025/26. You may access the Assessment Roll at: https://www.southoldtownny.gov/ Once on the home page scroll down to “Quick Links” and click on “Assessment Roll”.
THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE WITH the Tentative Assessment Roll from May 1st through May 20th from 10am to 12pm & 1pm to 4pm by phone at
(631)765-1937 or at the Southold Town Hall. The Assessors will also be available on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 6pm-8pm and on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 8am-12pm.
THE ASSESSOR’S OFFICE is located at Southold Town Hall, 53095 Route 25, Southold, NY 11971. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.
THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW will meet on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 9am-1pm & 7pm-9pm at the Southold Town Hall.
