Discover the joy of movement with DAPpers, a welcoming, multigenerational dance class designed for older adults and people with movement challenges.

Led by Rachel Balaban, Regional Coordinator for Dance for PD, this supportive class uses dance, music and creative movement to help improve balance, coordination, flexibility and strength while encouraging confidence and connection.

Participants will explore a variety of movements and inspiring music in a safe, comfortable environment.

The class is designed to help release tension, strengthen the core, improve gait and body awareness, encourage deeper breathing, and – most importantly – have fun moving together!

$20 per person
Caregivers attend FREE

No dance experience required. Come as you are and discover the vitality, creativity and joy that movement can bring.’
