From Shore to Studio: Meet the 2026 Fellows at Lighthouse Works
Lighthouse Works is thrilled to announce our 2026 fellowship cohort!
This year, 25 artists, writers, and a composer will join us on Fishers Island, arriving from 13 states across the country. Selected from more than 1,200 applicants by panels of professionals in their fields, this is the most accomplished cohort we have welcomed to date. They were chosen not only for the strength of their work but for the genuine connection each one showed to this place, this environment, and this community.
The cohort spans a wide range of creative practices: painters, sculptors, poets, fiction writers, playwrights, photographers, and a composer. Each of them brings something distinct, and we think you’re going to love getting to know them and spending time with their work.
