MEETING NOTICE
November 5, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.
A Regular Meeting of the Southold Town Board will be held on Wednesday, Nov.5th, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.
Please take note of meeting locations below:
–The Town Board Work Session will take place at the Peconic Lane Community Center Auditorium, 1170 Peconic Lane, Peconic, NY 11958.
-The Town Board Regular Meeting and Public Hearings will take place at Town of Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, NY 11971.
Justice Evans will be in person for the Executive and Work Sessions and shall be appearing via videoconference from 36 Kings Lane, Essex, CT 06426 for the Public Hearings and the Regular 7:00 P.M. Town Board Meeting.
PUBLIC NOTICE – For this meeting and all future meetings, THE WORK SESSION WILL BEGIN WITH THE EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 9:00 AM and the Open/Work Session will follow. The approximate start time of the Open/Work Session will be announced on the Friday before the meeting.
09:00 A.M. – Work Session – OPENING WITH THE EXECUTIVE SESSION
07:00 P.M. – Regular Town Board Meeting
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
4:00 P.M. & 7:00 P.M. – Public Hearings on 2026 Preliminary Budget
Agendas are posted as they become available.
POLICY: At the beginning of scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board on any given topic.
ONLINE ACCESS: The Tentative Agenda is generally available the Friday before the scheduled meeting. The video of the meeting is usually available to watch live during the meeting. Minutes with adopted resolutions are available 1 to 2 days after the meeting. A full copy of the minutes, agenda and meeting video can be viewed on the Town’s website at https://www.southoldtownny.gov/1067/CivicClerk—Town-Board-Meeting-Portal
