At the meeting held on July 5, 2025, the Board of ICB fixed August 13, 2025, as the day of the next Annual Meeting of Members. A record date of August 11, 2025 was fixed to determine Members entitled to vote. In a break with recent practice, this meeting will be held both in person at the Community Center and on the Internet.
At the July meeting, the Board, acting pursuant to Section 4.2 of the By-Laws, nominated the current Year-Round representative, Linda Mrowka, and the current Seasonal representative, Richard Miller, for re-election at the Annual Meeting of Members to be held on August 13, 2025.

The ICB election will be held 9:00 AM Monday, August 11 – 4:00 PM Wednesday, August 13, online (anytime) and in person at the Community Center (during office hours).
