Reservations are only valid if the vehicle is in line with a driver twenty-five (25) minutes before scheduled departure. Failure of this will result in the forfeiture of the reservation. Guests must be made aware of this. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

Saturday Freight Operations

The ferry is now again accepting freight on Saturday mornings

New London is accepting freight from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturdays.

If perishables are received after 11:00 they will be sent over on the next ferry, but no later than the 3:30 trip. Customers need to meet the 3:30 ferry.

FI Freight is open 7:30 – 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM on Saturdays.

  • FI Freight is open weekdays 8 – 4:45 and closed 11:30 – 12 for lunch and open Closed on Sunday. Freight operations at boat times can be delayed.
  • Rx normally arrives on the 3:30 trip. For Saturday Rx – you will need to meet the ferry or it goes back to New London.
  • With the exception of Rx and perishable items, freight will be processed as soon as possible, but plan on it being held 24 hours before being available for delivery to customers.
