Two-hour Oyster & Smoked Whiskey Tasting with whiskey expert John Pohanka.
Space for 20 people. $100 per person.
Come join us and experience the pairing of Fishers Island Oysters with peated whiskeys from Ireland, the United States, India, and Scotland.
John will go over the many ways to enjoy these two special ingredients right from the shell.
We will taste ten different pours and how they complement the local oysters.
