A Cookbook is Coming…

It’s been 20 years (!) since IHP compiled the last Fishers Island Cookbook.

We have been cooking more than we could have ever imagined this year, so we thought it would be a perfect time to create a new Fishers Cookbook with everyone’s favorite go-to recipes!

Appetizers & Dips, Soups & Salads, Pasta and Egg Dishes, Main Dishes, Vegetables & Sides, Breads & Muffins, Desserts, Misc: favorite recommendations for commercially prepared sauces, dip & dressings.

Please email us your favorites!

The recipes don’t have to be deep, dark family secrets, although they could be. Just let us know where the recipe came from if it’s not yours (i.e. NY Times, Epicurious, etc). We want to know what your favorites were over this past year.

  • You can photograph your recipe and email it as a jpeg.
  • You can email a recipe as an attached document.
  • You can mail/deliver a printed recipe to the Community Center.
  • If you are very tech-comfy, Staley can provide a link so that you can type the recipe right into the cookbook on the cloud!

Any and all questions, email Staley at staley@ficommunitycenter.org

This cookbook will be available for purchase this Summer 2021 with the proceeds going to Island Health Project and the Community Center. The Community Center is tackling this project to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of IHP during the pandemic.

Yes, yes, yes I want to participate!
