Crafting gatherings at the library have restarted. Bring your project or bring yourself for a little quiet time with friends! If you knit, crochet, embroider, quilt, scrapbook, bead, needlepoint – or do any kind of handiwork, bring it to the library for some social time while working on your craft! The idea is for Islanders to get together, share ideas, get inspired, and work on projects!

This casual gathering started in the winter of 2017 and has been held on Sunday afternoons when there is interest and people are around. It took a hiatus during COVID-19 and the summer, but we are ready to start up again. See you soon!

Masks are optional inside the building.

A Fishers Island Community Center Program and the accompanying Fog Horn eNewsletter serve as the communications resource for the Fishers Island community. The content – news, calendar, links and photos, milestones, ads, and more create a clear image of Fishers to those on and off the island.
