RE: Invitation to Bid for Painting to be completed at
Winthrop Drive, Fishers Island NY (Unit T-1)
Fishers Island School will be accepting bid proposals for the above-mentioned project. Bids must be
received by no later than 12noon on July 25, 2022. Bids received after this date and/or time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender. It should be noted that the minimum of the
lowest prevailing wages for residential work shall be used to generate bids for labor associated with
the work. Start date and schedule shall be provided by the contractor as part of the bid proposal.
Included in this invitation will be the scope of work as exhibited below.
Wage rates are provided by the state of New York.

Project Goals:
This project includes interior painting in unit T-1 (in general this is to freshen up the unit and repair damaged walls/ceilings).
