FI Library Book Group: Upcoming Book Selections

The books that the Fishers Island Library Book Group has chosen to read and the dates they are to be discussed for the next few months.

We generally meet at 7:00 pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. Join the discussion as a longtime, new, or one-time member, and please reach out to us at finylibrary@gmail.com for log in instructions.

The Library Book Group is taking a break for the holidays. We will not be meeting in December and January. However, if you are reading or have read some books you have especially enjoyed please email the group with the titles. We will reassess where we are with the pandemic after the holidays.

It has been difficult to get people to participate via Zoom so I am hoping we can get back to meeting comfortably in person (with a Zoom option for those off island).

I just recently enjoyed reading the political thriller State of Terror by Louise Penny and Hillary Clinton and am about to read The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles (who also wrote The Gentleman From Moscow, a Library Book Group favorite). Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Holiday Season.  Louisa

Everyone is welcome.
