CDC Guidelines for handling COVID-19 Symptoms

Here are the CDC Guidelines which IHP is following in case one finds themselves in a predicament:

Scenario: Vaccinated w/out symptoms + exposure to a positive person
Action: Get tested 3-5 days after exposure; wear a mask EVERYWHERE for 14 days; or until getting a negative test result.

Scenario: Vaccinated w/out symptoms + positive test
Action: Isolate for 10 days since the positive test

Scenario: Vaccinated w/symptoms
Action: Isolate for 10 days since the start of symptoms, and 24 hours since last fever (w/out fever-reducing drugs); if more than 10 days, keep isolating; or isolate 10 days after a positive test.

Scenario: un-Vaccinated w/symptoms
Action: Isolate for 10 days since the start of symptoms, and 24 hours since last fever (w/out fever-reducing drugs); if more than 10 days, keep isolating; or isolate 10 days after a positive test.

Scenario: un-Vaccinated w/out symptoms + positive test
Action: Isolate for 10 days since the positive test
