Sending a general and deep felt thank you for a job well done. Fishers Island Conservancy is very grateful for the partnership we have with the Fishers Island Fire Department and with the Fishers Island Ferry District, for whom the Conservancy manages the Parade Grounds.

Due to the prevailing N/NE wind direction on April 11, the Fire Department volunteers did the initial burn down at Elizabeth Field Airport.
