The Peter Sanger Memorial Sea Stretcher Marathon held on Sunday, May 24th was organized by the Fishers Island Fire Department and other volunteers. Runners gathered at the Fire House to register and be transported to their starting points – at 1, 3, 5 and 8 miles from the finish line.
