Congratulations to the Pirates Cove softball team!
In this summer’s final games,the Islanders defeated Hay Harbor and Pirates Cove defeated the Big Club in the semifinals, then Pirates Cove beat the Islanders in the finals.
Many thanks to all the teams: Big Club, Hay Harbor, Islanders and Pirates Cove. And, to Dave Denison for managing the Fishers Island summer softball league, IPP for use of the softball field, all the volunteer umpires, and all the fans who came out for the games!
