IN MEMORIAM: Henry W. Mellen

Henry W. Mellen, 93, died peacefully at his home on January 7, 2014. Devoted husband of Polly and  father of Lucinda and Henry S. Mellen, and Leslie and Baker Bell.  Beloved grandfather of Hope Bell, Palmer Johnson, Dylan Chase, Molly Bell and Clark Mellen.  Loving brother of Nancy Ijams, Helen Corroon, Sylvia Horner (deceased), and Andree Dean.

Proudly served in the Pacific during WW II as a Marine Major aviator.  A gentle humorous man who loved his family, friends, Church, and the unspoiled beauty of Small Point, Maine.
