Richard G. “Ricky’ Ahman, 74, of Fishers Island, NY passed away Friday, February 15, 2013.
Mr. Ahman was born on April 9, 1938, the son of the late Gordon and Lucy (Bruneau) Ahman; and was married in 1961 to Lillie M. Ahman.
He served in the U. S. Navy between the Korean and Vietnam wars; and then went on to a long career as a self-employed plumber, moving to Fishers Island in 1971.
Byles Memorial Home, 99 Huntington St., New London, is assisting his family with the arrangements.
