New Year’s Resolution: Yoga for 10 Weeks

The Community Center is offering 10 weeks of unlimited yoga again, so look no further. A wonderful gift for yourself or a friend.
10 weeks of unlimited yoga – From January 12 through March 22 you can enjoy yoga three times a week for a flat fee.
The fee for the unlimited classes is $106.00 which comes to less than $4 a class. In order to participate you must sign up before January 10th. For more information or to sign up please contact Elizabeth Reid, Sarah Porter, or Kapri Thomas, you may pay by check or credit card.
January 12 through March 22
Cost: $81+ $25 registration fee
Classes will not be held on February 16 & 18
 
VINYASA YOGA   Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00-6:30
A dynamic yoga experience combining Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar soft alignment techniques and Desikachar use of props for modifications, this yoga is designed to suit every body’s needs. Whether you come to yoga for fitness, relaxation or developing greater self-awareness, this class will challenge you to explore your flexibility and strength no matter your age or current physical abilities. The step-by-step approach will soon have you feeling comfortable with the yoga poses and discovering a new sense of well being. Come try yoga for the first time or the fiftieth time – the results will surprise you!
YOGA FUNDAMENTALS   Saturdays 10:00-11:00
We are all beginners!
This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Offered at a slower pace focusing on the basics of yoga, breath work and movement. This class will allow time to answer questions about foundation postures and address your bodies needs from a therapeutic approach.
