Fishers Island Club
The ideal candidate should possess previous employment at a high volume Club or Resort. Successful candidate will be well versed in traditional desserts, e.g., Macaroons, Linzer, Mousses, and Seasonal Pies. Ability to work in a team environment. There are many opportunities to showcase specialty and more current desserts and presentations while still respecting the club’s traditions.
Competitive Wage Offered
40 -50 hours per week
End-of-season, performance-based bonus.
Housing is provided at no cost, and is a condition of employment.
