Welcome to Chef Ryan! Sous Chef at Fishers Island Club, Ryan Bzibziak will serve dinner for just a few weeks this month. This is his second season on Fishers.
Pequot Chef Jon Haight began dinner service at the Community Center’s Island Café in January offering a simple and delicious buffet dinner. The menu will be posted weekly. Thank you to Jon Haight for the wonderful dinners he provided this winter season.
Served as a buffet, dinner will be portioned for the guest either for in-house dining or take out from chafing pans by a Café staff member. $20/person including tax. Vegetarian option $15. GF available with a call or text ahead request to the Chef. Beverages are additional or, feel free to BYOB.
