A digital recording of Dr. White’s talk was made and edited to include just his talk and not the audience’s questions or comments. It is accessible below at the link (to be provided shortly).
The community was invited to meet Dr. Jeffrey White, LMFT and hear him provide an overview of seven research-based principles of healthy relationships on Thursday, March 15, 1:45 pm – 2:30 pm, at the Fishers Island Community Center.
Dr. White shared some practical techniques to help manage anxiety in the midst of relationship problems whether they are with family members, friends, or coworkers. The specific techniques can also be applied to many other individual and relationship issues to help you grow.
