From the FI Telephone Co: AT&T network issue for landlines

7/11/2017

Dear Valued Customers,

AT&T has identified a problem in their network that carries all off-island calls. They are working to repair. Meanwhile you may hear popping and clicking during a long distance call. Devices like FAXes and Credit Card machines may also experience intermittent issues.

This only applies to landline connected devices. Devices that use the internet are not affected.

Please keep trying if you experience this behavior.

We will issue an update once we hear that AT&T has cleared their trouble.

Thanks,

Bryan Marteeny
