FI School Drama Production: One Acts

Students in grades 7-12 did a wonderful job performing in this year’s FIS Drama Production. Our very own Ellanora (10th grade) wrote the two one-act plays titled Ghosts, or Maybe Just Old Friends and The Second Best Concert Band in New Pleasant Grove — a process she began over the summer. Students auditioned for roles in each play before beginning their grueling rehearsal schedule. In just over a month and a half, the cast learned their lines and blocking, and developed their characters with their new director and the stage manager, Ashley Butler, who organized the set, props, and costumes. The success of this year’s production is the result of hours of dedication, practice, and teamwork from all involved.

Congratulations to the director, cast, and crew for a fantastic performance!
